Two weeks ago, we introduced you to the ‘Breathe With Me’ #Strawfie challenge for cystic fibrosis awareness, where people post selfies of themselves covering their noses and breathing through a straw.

The idea behind this internet trend is to bring awareness as to how a cystic fibrosis patient feels on a daily basis.

If you want to take part in this challenge you still can. Here’s what you have to do.

  • Step one: Try breathing through a straw with your nose pinched for at least 60 seconds.
  • Step Two: Take a ‘straw breathing selfie’ of yourself performing the above action (a ‘Strawfie’) and post it online (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/blogs) with ‪#‎Strawfie‬ and ‪#‎cfnewstoday‬ hashtags, we’ll showcase your best strawfies and reactions.
  • Step Three: Make a donation and nominate 3 friends to take part.
See how you can donate here: https://www.justgiving.com/TWF-breathewithme/

Now, we leave you with some of the best #Strawfies our reader have been sending us.
