    I deal with stress by crying. I legitimately reserve time in my day, especially harder days, to simply cry. I used to be so embarrassed by how much I cry, but I realized that this is my coping mechanism. And heck, it helps to just cry and let it all out through weepy tears.

    1. Do you stress cry? Is it something that comes easy to you?
    2. I know a lot of people find this super hard to do — if you’re that kind of person, what helps you cope?
