Sometimes I feel like at the mere age of 25 I’ve had my fair share of trauma and death. I know as I type this, I have no idea what tomorrow will bring and that sadness related to death probably won’t stop.

And, because of all of this. Whether it’s my own trauma from nearly bleeding out my lungs or losing a friend to this disease. I wonder, how can anyone empathize with me who doesn’t have CF. And more so, am I a relationship pariah? Am I too much for another person who doesn’t have to deal with all this shit? Not only that, how do I even begin to open up about this stuff.

    1. Do you find yourself overwhelmed with the things you have gone through because of CF, or having seen others who have going through these things?
    2. Am I the only one who feels isolated in this regard?
