Going to the gym
For me, exercise is one of the most effective and cathartic treatments I have at my disposal. At my best, I go to the gym and lift 4 times a week, alongside some HIIT cardio, or a yoga session. Like I said — that’s at my best.
But, we’re all aware of how CF works. And it throws some unforeseen punches, that’ll throw you out of your groove. I’ve been out of “my groove” since October.
It’s February and this week, tomorrow, I’m determined.
Get back in the groove.
I think what’s deterred me the most is to see how I have to start back over. Disappointment, I guess.
But, that’s life.
