Night-time Routine
I don’t enjoy going to bed. This is probably due to my complex where I feel like I have to constantly be productive which means I don’t like ending days when I feel like there’s more to do. I recognize that getting into a good night-time routine would probably help a lot.
1. Do you have a good night-time routine? What are some things you do?
2. Do you do your treatments in the evening or right before bed? Any reason why?
