Who makes up your “CF village”?
In a recent column by Jennifer Cogliano, Jennifer writes about her experiences bonding with fellow parents of children who went to school with her daughter and the bonds they formed. These friendships developed into what she calls a “village” of people who care and look out for one another.
As someone living with cystic fibrosis, I’ve been lucky to have my wife, family, and friends support me and raise money for CF throughout the years. From Great Strides in the ‘90s through today, my village has always been there.
Who makes up your CF village? What are some qualities in a person that you look to add into your village?
