    I need to be better about doing yoga a couple of times a week. Yoga is definitely good – it has great benefits for your physical and mental fitness.

    1. Do you do yoga? How often? Why or why not?
    2. What type of yoga do you do?
    3. How do you implement it into your weekly schedule?

    I go to yoga for sure! I started back in September and found it SO cathartic. I was going once a week up until I had an exacerbation in mid October and haven’t been back since. HOWEVER, tomorrow I plan on making my big debut back. Hopefully I’ll ease my way into doing it twice a week. I always leave feeling like I had an edible or something
