i was very fortunate to have had such an easily managed diagnosis of cystic fibrosis. having cystic fibrosis didn’t hold me back from anything as i was growing up. today, i am 42, and i’ve been taking trikafta for the last 2 years. and i can honestly tell you this is the most my cf has even affected me mentally & emotionally, the medicine has changed all of the things that made me happy before. i don’t recognize this life or the person in the mirror.
