Born in South Africa to a Mum who also had CF. Trikafta/Kaftrio has completely changed my life for the better. I have one son and I am a Psychologist living in London. I never thought I’d see the day when I would no longer cough and have such a high lung function. Wish my mother could have benefitted but I often sit silently in appreciation of this amazing progress in CF treatment.
