    Love these stories! I’m about to turn 49, diagnosed at age 3. I play competitive tennis 3-4 times a week and do Jazzercise 3-4 times a week. For me, it’s a good combination of airway clearing movements, in addition to helping stay in shape.

      Thank you for sharing these stories. I am a 38 year old with CF and have given birth to two children ages 10 and 2. Exercise has always been an intergal part of my health regiment. I run,weight lift, take a kick boxing class and have started CrossFit. Being compliant with my medication and exercising are the two things I can control that could have a major impact on my health. I do them both to the best of my ability and trust God and His will for my life.

    Loving these stories of fitness with Cf. Iv had 2 double lung transplants and I’m a fitness pole dancing, aerial hoop, aerial silks instructor. Personal trainer and nutritional adviser with out fitness I would not be alive today! It was the only reason I was put on pioneering life support ecmo when needed and the only reason I was listed for a second transplant! I’m
