I‘m Deanna. Has anyone ever cultivated Maxorella? Gram negative bug. I also cultured several years ago Bordatella Bronchoseptica. Both were nasty. The Bordetella I got from a sick puppy. Had to be hospitalized twice. It took iv fluids PICC line at home for several weeks. Unusual but I cultured these weird things. I was dx in 2007. 2 mutations, one deltaf508. I turned 76 yesterday. And…I will start on Trikafta November 22, 2022!!  I will be shocked if I am without thick mucus, continuous sinus drainage, belly aches, etc. All due to CF. I WILL BE GRATEFUL to be rid of all that mucus. I’ll be 76 this month.  What prompted me to get the Ambry blood test was that I developed NTM. Also grew fungus in my lungs. Had lots of sinus and chest infections. And trouble with digestive issues, especially constipations. 2 fecal impactions. Not something I can get rid of unless I leave and go to a bathroom. This is very embarrassing for me. I feel like I can’t express my emotions without having the nasty discharge.
