I&#8217;ve never had this problem before so I presume it is from Trikafta.  I read in another forum that if liver enzyme levels get to 3x guideline then Drs will take you off the night-time dosage. This is the first I&#8217;ve heard of anyone attempting to predict an exacerbation.<br />

Yes&#8230; 100%. I can go from feeling &#8216;on top of the world&#8217; to feeling low-confidence, depressed, worthless, etc. the next morning.<br />
For me&#8230; I felt the worst when I was laid off from work for 6 months.<br />
I think that we all need to feel as if we have a purpose.
