I still doing my breathing treatments but if I know I&#8217;m going to exercise I skip the airway clearance. When I was a kid I&#8217;d jump on the trampoline instead when I could! </p>

I know a lot of people word CF run and they love it. I tried to get into running and it felt like torture lol. I think it&#8217;s important to find what you enjoy and do that. <p>In January I&#8217;m starting pottery classes, which I&#8217;ve wanted to to do for years! And I&#8217;m also taking a virtual cake class. Plus lots of fun things coming to my journaling program. I&#8217;m not about to wear jean or other &#8216;hard pants&#8217; during an admission but I do like to feel somewhat out together. My go to lately is pajama sets with matching joggers and T-shirts from Lates by Kate. Pricey but worth it for me. I stick with my skincare routine but no makeup.</p>

I was never able to change my enzyme dosage and many of my symptoms got worse or were more active. However, I didn&#8217;t fully realize this impact until coming off of Trikafta (because the mental health side effects). Things have definitely improved with my GI situation since stopping Tri thankfully.</p>

<p>This summer has been particularly hot and smoky and I’m ready for cooler weather and hopefully some cleaner air before the winter inversion hits.</p>

It was a week long, and obviously before anyone realized the risks of cross infection. It’s one of my favorite memories and I was devastated when it all ended, though I understood why. <p>I love the smell of the forest and lake water, but my favorite smell is probably rain on hot cement. However, I haven’t been able to really smell anything for years, so this is based of memory!<br />

<p>1. Get up and pee then take the dog out.</p>
<p>2. Water, coffee, morning meds and treatments.</p>
<p>3. Journal, meditation, then breakfast.</p>
