In this video, recap cystic fibrosis patient Beau Rich‘s amazing 2014 hiking, driving, skateboarding and swimming journey across the United States while maintaining CF care with new mobile medical devices.

As seen in the video, one of the devices is an Afflovest which recently received the CE Mark of Approval in Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

In spite of myriad complications and difficulties brought on by CF, inspirational stories of living life to the fullest abound among those who live with the disease every day – including the unforgettable Alex Stobbs.

Who doesn’t remember the British musical prodigy with cystic fibrosis who was the star of the Channel 4 “Cutting Edge” 2008 documentary “A Boy Called Alex”?
