Weekly wins

Here we are again, sharing our recent wins. Whether they’re CF related or otherwise, big accomplishments or small moments that made you smile, I want to celebrate with you! As usual, I’ll go first…

Frequently, the wins I share have something to do with our animals and this week will be no exception. This past weekend we added two baby Nubian goats to our ever-growing farm family. Having grown up on a small farm, I’ve dreamed of that lifestyle for the entirety of my adult life. I never thought it would be possible due to my health and the years I spent as a single mother living in a one bedroom apartment. Randy, my partner, has helped make it possible for that dream to come true. I’m feeling overwhelmed with gratitude and excitement as these things unfold.

Another little win? My daughter gets her second dose of the Pfizer vaccine tomorrow. She tolerated the first dose incredibly well and we hope the second will be a breeze as well.
