Holiday plans and CF
Happy holidays, everyone!
Do you have any plans for the holidays? Does CF present any challenges or unique circumstances around the holiday season?

I have plans to celebrate Christmas with my extended family the weekend after Christmas. I’ll be forced to work around my treatments with the celebration.

My spouse and I will be celebrating Christmas from the 24th onward with scattered family gatherings and festivities, all through New Year’s Day. We are so excited! But as usual, these events will have to be carefully planned around his CF physical therapy treatments, and with all the holiday food and treats, special attention will have to be given to my spouse’s appropriate amount of enzymes and glucose levels/ insulin administration for his CF related-diabetes.
