How does the fall affect your breathing?
We’re in the midst of fall/autumn here in North America! In the Northeast of the United States, we tend to get chilly and windy autumns. For me, I know the wind can take my breath away and affect my asthma.
How does fall/autumn affect your lungs? If you struggle, what do you do to alleviate your issues?

The fall really affects my sinuses! As soon as the weather begins to cool and dry out here in NJ, I often wake up with a dried bloody nose or with a throat full of post-nasal drip. I try to combat these issues by keeping my home temperate and using over-the-counter sinus relief products. It’s tricky!

Do you use a nasal spray in addition to these helpful devices?
