I’ve been going through a bit of a rut with motivation lately. When that happens, I’m generally able to feel motivated to take care of myself health-wise, but I slack on my hobbies, at the gym, and other non-pertinent things. It can be difficult to push out of this rut.

    1. When you’re going through a rut, how do you dig out of it?
    2. Are your ruts usually caused by a certain trigger, or do they come randomly? Are you able to get out of them relatively quickly or are you able to prevent them?
