• What does “weakness” mean?

I’ve always thought it was “strong” to push through my struggles with anxiety and depression. But then it started to take a physical toll on my life. I realized it wasn’t strong, but rather dangerous and stubborn to convince myself of this fallacy. So I realized being “strong” actually means acknowledging the need for rest.

    1. What do “strength” and “weakness” mean to you?
    2. Do you feel like it’s a good or bad thing to “push through?”
    3. How do you give yourself the space necessary to cope?
