Greg, I hope someone is able to help you. I’m not sure what the international laws are for transferring former vests as they qualify under medical equipment, but hopefully someone has been able to help you.

I don’t remember his name, but I do remember playing Super Mario Brothers on the Super Nintendo in my doctor’s waiting room! Also, the very first doctor I had had CF. I was too small to remember him.

Hi Dave! Welcome! I play pick up basketball during my free time and, even though I run out of breath, I do love it. I wish I had more free time to play, but I take it when I can!

Usually, I deal with feelings of isolation and loneliness by writing my thoughts out or just spending time with my dogs and wife. They’re the best company you can keep! Nowadays, I find community through the larger cf community online by relating to their stories and hopefully, maybe, they’ll relate to mine.

She definitely lifts me up if I’m going through a rough patch (ie hospital stay or bad infection) and stays on top of me. I appreciate having a different voice in my ear recommending trying something different if what I’m doing isn’t working. I try my best to stick to being healthy and being here for my wife.

Never be afraid to ask the awkward questions and keep pushing to get better results!

I wish you the best of luck in finding a new care team. It’s disappointing to hear about your issues and I hope that you’re able to get better treatment.

Benefits are so important! You never know when you’ll need them!

Definitely don’t want your potassium clotting post blood test. It ruins the results and makes you think your potassium is worse than it is. (I’m speaking from experience.)

Me too! I’d love to visit Ireland, Italy, Germany, and France!

Good luck with prednisone! When it’s good, it’s great. When it’s bad, well, you know…

That’s fantastic that you had a great firm that was really willing to fight for you and believed in you! Keep up the good work with Vests 4 Life!

That’s actually really upsetting to hear. I’d really try to see if you can get them. I know this last go around I didn’t feel “better” until I was done with my home IV either. I really wish you the best of luck with your journey!
