Cystic Fibrosis Patient Featured on Men’s Fitness Cover

According to the Daily Mail, cystic fibrosis patient Ben Mudge, who wants to become a Calvin Klein model, made it onto the Men’s Fitness cover last November.

Some patients suffering from CF are celebrities or became celebrities due to their fight against the disease. Read more about their stories.

This 25-year-old personal trainer and fitness model become an expert in his diet and training just by fighting off this potentially fatal illnesses.

The five-times-a-week training has allowed Ben to keep his lung function at 98%, a percentage rare among cystic fibrosis patients at a similar age.

Another amazing story is the one about Nick Talbot, when he recently became the first person with CF to ever climb the tallest mountain in the world: Mount Everest.
