We first came across Josh Llewellyn-Jones when he started sharing details about his upcoming 24-hour fitness challenge to raise awareness of cystic fibrosis.  The 29-year-old, from Cardiff in the U.K., is a fitness fanatic who refuses to let his cystic fibrosis get in the way. We were delighted when he agreed to take part in a Facebook Live video for us at Cystic Fibrosis News Today.

In the Facebook Live video, Josh talks about various aspects of living with cystic fibrosis and how important staying fit and healthy is for those who suffer from the disease. He also explains why raising awareness of cystic fibrosis is so important to him, and talks about one of the previous challenges he did in support of Cystic Fibrosis UK that raised more than £120,000 (US $153,000).

Josh’s Facebook Live is the second in our series of inspirational CFers. We would love to hear your thoughts on the video.
