Water and Hydration
I’ve noticed that I feel significantly better when I’ll well-hydrated – I’m more aware, generally happier, less anxious. With CF, we have to be even more acutely aware of our hydration.
1. Do you drink a lot of water? What’s a range of about how much water you drink in a day?
2. How do you ensure you’re drinking enough? Only when you’re thirsty or do you set goals? Do you think it really helps?
