    Last week, for the first time in my life, I realized I needed to take a serious step back. I’ve always prided myself on my ability to push through stress and anxiety. But I noticed it was taking a legitimate toll on my health.

     

    1. Have you ever experienced burnout?
    2. What did you to do to overcome it?
    3. After dealing with it, how do you prevent it in the future?
