Hi all, I am a former CF Center Director and TDN leader in Northern California.
I was invited in Nov 22 to Gaza Palestine to help them with their CF program. The children in Gaza die by age 14-16 of respiratory failure. All their medication is donated from other countries. They have no Pulmozyme, TOBI, modulators, and frequently no enzymes. The 13 year olds were the size of 8 yo.
The families rely on CPT but many have 6 children, 4 with CF. If you are on modulators or had a transplant and no longer need your therapy vest, you could donate it CFVestsworldwide and they will arrange to receive and clean it. If you specify Gaza, they will then send it on to the children in Gaza.

Greg, I hope someone is able to help you. I’m not sure what the international laws are for transferring former vests as they qualify under medical equipment, but hopefully someone has been able to help you.
