How do you deal with your CF cough in public? Is it awkward for you?

While I do not experience CF cough myself, I try to alleviate the cough for those suffering from it as much as I can by ensuring they’re prepared when leaving the house or entering someplace quiet (such as a movie theater, church setting, etc.). It is important to remember to bring any medical portable equipment necessary (such as an inhaler), some cough drops, water, and a face mask.

Those are all things that definitely help us out. Especially inhalers, water, and cough drops!
