Three Peaks Challenge for Cystic Fibrosis

The Cystic Fibrosis Trust UK is daring teams to take on the ‘Three Peaks Challenge’ to help raise money and awareness for cystic fibrosis.

Read about six tips for caring for a family member with cystic fibrosis. 

The Three Peaks Challenge held through October, consists of climbing the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales — within 24 hours. With a total traveling distance of 824 miles and an estimated combined climb of 27 miles, participants need to be physically fit to conquer Ben Nevis, Scarfell Pike and Snowdon in one day.
