Therapy
I had an appointment with my therapist today. It was much needed. However, it’s strange: I was super anxious late last week when I scheduled it. I felt okay when I get there and wasn’t nearly as anxious today. It was still great I went and saw her.
1. Do you see a therapist/psychologist/any mental health professional? Why or why not?
2. Do you feel like it helps? Why or why not?
3. How do you ensure the session is maximized? I try to journal afterward.
