      I started the week with Best Intentions and then… well, the week happened.

      I have been so motivated to create healthier habits lately, especially because our life is getting busier and faster and more difficult to balance with more on the docket recently.

      I honestly “miss” parts of last summer when (despite the obvious pandemic and the insensitivity at me saying I “miss” a time when so many lives were lost), but the slower pace and the time at home with my girls was enormously beneficial to our life. If we could pay the bills, I would truly keep it that way. I would continue to do more Zoom things and dance things from my living room, and take on new activities with caution. Unfortunately, the world is whirling fast again and I feel like we must dive in to stay afloat.

      Next week, I hope to share some of my healthy habits goals so you can share yours (Anyone else setting new goals lately?) but first. I feel like I should ask the obvious:

      If you could go back to this time last year, would you? Why or why not? 

      What is something you learned during this pandemic that you wish society could continue to implement?
