I’ve experienced some degree of CF related joint pain since I was a teenager. Often it’s mild and centralized to a specific area: my hands, my knees, my shoulders, etc. But once or twice throughout my adult life, I’ve experienced more of a full-body flare that seems to affect just about every joint in my body! Fortunately, this happens rarely and doesn’t last long. For me, cold weather is a major trigger for joint pain and as we head into the fall and winter months, this is something I’m definitely not looking forward to.
