      Getting diagnosed with anxiety or depression is one of the most important steps to handling it. For me, it took quite some time before I actually got diagnosed because I didn’t believe I was *actually* depressed or anxious. I was sorely mistaken and getting help saved my life.

      1. Are you clinically diagnosed? Were you hesitant to take the steps?
      2. Screening isn’t always accurate. What do you think would help to make the process better?
