A couple years ago, columnist Brad Dell shared this article called Disease Fatigue Is Not the Same as Laziness.

Because I experience fatigue often, it’s something I think about often. Frequently, when someone asks how I’m feeling, the response is, “Tired.” But I don’t meant the kind of tired that goes away with sleep. It’s oftentimes a deep, heavy, utter lack of energy. Sometimes, after a few nights of restless sleep, my entire body aches and I’ll feel like I’m coming down with something…. but it’s just fatigue.

I’ve wondered, at what point is fatigue considered chronic fatigue? And is disease fatigue something entirely different? What are your thoughts on fatigue? Is it something you experience often?
