It’s too little to call it a “plan”, but I keep a small bag with all my meds for ten days, a spare nebulizer and a list of all my recent pills at hand in the bedroom closet.
In case of a temporary emergency evacuation or hospital visit this seems handy. Of course I now have to check the expiration dates on those meds regularly and refresh them when needed. This list of medication I also have in my mobile phone ready to e-mail and I update it regularly, at least every time I order new stock from the pharmacist. In my mobile phone I keep track of the current day to day medication in an app called Medisafe. I can charge my phone in the car when needed.
