Hi all! I’m Jordan, a genetic counseling student at Bay Path University. My classmate Kristin and I are conducting our thesis project on cystic fibrosis, and we are looking for volunteers to complete our survey. If you are eligible and interested (or know someone who might be), we appreciate your participation or sharing. Details below:

Are you a woman with cystic fibrosis between the ages of 18 & 45? If so, we invite you to participate in a one-time anonymous research survey about whether CFTR modulator eligibility affects family planning decisions. Your participation is voluntary.

*Transgender, nonbinary, and intersex individuals are also eligible to participate if you have been or might become pregnant.

Participants who complete the survey may be eligible to receive a $20 gift card of their choosing.

For more information, please see the Informed Consent document here. A link to the survey is at the bottom.

Hi all, here is an updated link to the Informed Consent (with new link to the survey at the bottom). Unfortunately the old link got flooded by bots after posting in a public group.

    Informed Consent doc here.
