Modulators
Right now, there are good modulators available for a large portion of the CF community. In the coming years, it’s reasonable to expect better and more modulators will be available to a larger percentage of the CF community.
- If you’re currently on a modulator, what kind of response have you had? Has it been, for lack of a better term, “life-changing?”
- Do you feel like being on a modulator has affected your long-term outlook? How so?
- If you’re not on a modulator, why not? Is it due to your mutations not being approved, poor response, not accessible, or other?
- What’s your hope with upcoming generations of modulators?
