    Today marks a year since I spoke to my sister. We FaceTimed early in the day. Later that night, my parents would call me to tell me she wasn’t doing well.

    1. If you’ve gone through something like losing somebody, what did you do about the milestones? Did you acknowledge them or choose to pass them by?
    2. What advice do you have for others going through such a tremendously difficult time?
