• Teaching vulnerability to children

Having CF means kids become good at talking about it at a young age. In my experience, however, it can often feel like I’m not able to be as honest as I’d like about it since it can make people feel uncomfortable. I generally believe vulnerability is the best option.

    1. Do you teach your kid to be open about having CF? What about being vulnerable?
    2. (Define vulnerability and what it means to you.)
    3. Are you vulnerable with your kid about your emotions and thoughts?
