The Iron Boy saved Sydney and rescued a kidnapped Make a Wish reporter.

Domenic, a 9-year-old Australian boy suffering from cystic fibrosis (CF), had his dream come true when he was transformed into his favorite superhero, flown by helicopter to Police Headquarters and defeated Ultron in a super secret mission. Domenic was then presented with the medal of valor and even made honorary Avenger by Robert Downey Jr.
