Exercise can help patients who suffer from cystic fibrosis (CF) deal with the disease and its symptoms. While CF patients should be advised by their physicians on the most appropriate exercise to do and the appropriated intensity, yoga may be a helpful option.

In this video, the couple Peter and Mary Frey from The Frey Life show how they do couples yoga to help with her CF symptoms.

Cystic fibrosis is a genetic and chronic disease that causes the excessive production of mucus in the lungs, and for which there is currently no cure. With the help of her husband, Mary Frey practices yoga to help clear her airways. In addition to managing the disease, the couple finds it helpful to have fun and bond.

This is another video from the series “The Frey Life,” a project from Peter and Mary Frey, who are a young couple starting a family together. Since Mary Frey suffers from cystic fibrosis, the couple copes with the disease and report their joy and gratitude in these videos. In their YouTube channel “The Frey Life,” Peter and Mary Frey aim to help others with CF and raise awareness about the disease.
