  CF Foundation and Beam Partner to Offer Free Online Exercise Classes

  The CF Foundation is sponsoring free access to Beam, an online exercise platform with live and on-demand classes tailored for people with cystic fibrosis in the United States, throughout the entire 2021 year!

  I’ve talked about my experience with Beam here on the forum. It’s an exercise and wellbeing platform that offers live and on demand classes created specifically for the CF community. I’ve loved using it and I am thrilled to be offered access for free.
