Last week I wrote about something rather silly regarding CF care, and it made me think of all the other fun questions we never get to answer.

So here is one of critical importance:

If you had to pick, are you an Italian ice, Ice Cream cup, pudding cup or Jello person when in hospital?

I definitely go for all three in varying instances, depending on how I’m feeling (I also feel like I’m almost always NPO when in patient?), but if I HAD to pick, I’d say pudding.

      What about you?

Oh, I am a pudding girl alllll the way! During my first admission at my current hospital, I discovered that the cafeteria makes the best pudding! It’s my favorite thing to eat when I’m inpatient (although many people rave about the rice crispie treats). There’s also a decent cheesecake that comes on the dinner trays, but pudding will always be my fave.

You can get Italian ice in hospital? Wow, sign me up!
I must confess I was mostly so appalled by the hospital food that I ordered three breakfast meals every day the few times I had to be there. And asked every visitor to get me something decent in the public restaurant, anything warm and tasteful.
